1 Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India through trusted courier partners.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary.

2 Processing Time

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once processed, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

Cut-off Time

Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

4 Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping (India)
  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
  • Flat ₹79 shipping fee for orders below ₹999
Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD available for orders up to ₹4,999
  • COD convenience fee: ₹50 (non-refundable)
International Orders
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on country, weight, and destination.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) must be paid by the recipient.

5 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your package using:

  • Our website's Track Order page
  • The courier's official tracking portal with your tracking ID

6 Delays or Non-Delivery

While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, public holidays, strikes) may cause delays.

Undelivered Orders

Contact our customer care within 7 days of the expected delivery date. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive, re-shipping charges may apply.

Lost/Damaged Parcels

If your product is received in damaged condition, please share photos within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
